When you incorporate your nonprofit association or education organization with us, we provide Registered Agency Service for the first year at no additional cost. Thereafter we charge a fee of $25.00 per year for the following services:

Mail forwarding services for your non-spam mail

We are your legal contact in and for North Carolina

We protect your nonprofit status

We keep your organization legal in North Carolina

We keep your nonprofit organization legal for marketing services, product and memberships in the USA, Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand and most of Africa.

Note: There are times when it is illegal to market products, services and memberships in certain countries in the Middle East, Asia or Africa for an unspecified period of time.
